Job Description:
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent with good English skills (B2 level) to join our team in this role you will provide high-quality assistance to customers handle inquiries and ensure a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone email or chat.
Handle inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Collaborate with other teams when needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2).
English level B2 or higher.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Greece.
