Remote Danish & English Customer Service Braga
Start Date: 2 October 2025
Location: Remote
Relocation offered for candidates from abroad / open to residents across mainland Portugal
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Job Description:
We are looking for fluent Danish speakers to join our remote customer service team. You will provide professional support to customers via phone chat and email ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently. Full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career while working remotely from Portugal.
Requirements:

Danish native or C2 level (spoken & written)

Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills
