Customer Operations Specialist

What you will do:

• Analysis of operational data and preparation of reports presentations and business performance indicators
• Monitoring and support of corporate client collections and debt management operations
• Contact and negotiation with corporate clients
• Interaction with service providers (BPOs application maintenance teams lawyers etc.)
• Oversight of system development
• Development of new ways to improve operational management processes

What are we looking for:

• Bachelors Degree in Management Finance Economics Engineering or related fields;
• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience;
• Previous experience in collections debt and litigation is valued
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organized results-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
