Job Description
Be part of one of the countrys top 10 real estate developers with over 60years under its belt and more than 250 projects in 50 key cities nationwide.
We are looking for Sales Managers to join our Iloilo Inhouse sales team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- with more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
- minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- with a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salesperson upon joining
- must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales team to ensure monthly quarterly semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met
- Source Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to eight (8) Property Sales Consultants throughout the contract
- Develops & implement effective sales marketing strategies for the team
