Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Well versed in a Healthcare account (US benefits)
- Has relevant experience in process improvement and QA for 3 years
- Total experience should not be less than 7 years
- Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies/Certifications
- Knowledge: Root-cause-analysis Lean methodologies Corrective and Preventive actions quality concepts
Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Conducting current-state process mapping identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks and developing solutions to streamline operations.
- Project Leadership: Leading process improvement initiatives managing projects and ensuring successful implementation of process changes.
- Methodology Application: Utilizing tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping to drive improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Developing metrics and reporting to track process performance and measure the impact of implemented changes.
