Your assignment
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a strategic talent development initiative apply creative and user-centered methodologies and contribute to building a lasting culture of Mentoring at ASML. You as an intern will support the Global Mentoring Program Manager in strengthening ASMLs Mentoring program.
key deliverables include:
User Research: Conducting interviews surveys and feedback sessions with key users to collect insights and identify improvement opportunities.
Learning Solutions Enhancement: Helping to redesign update and enrich mentoring learning materials based on user feedback and best practices in adult learning design.
Community Building: Supporting the setup and activation of a mentoring community including planning events drafting communications and creating engagement initiatives.
This is a master apprentice internship for minimum 6 months 4-5 days per week (2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible
Your profile
To be a perfect fit for this assignment you:
Have a background in HR psychology or a related field.
Have affinity with learning people development design thinking.
Have a professional communication and documentation
Have internal drive for efficiency and able to work disciplined and accurate
Are pragmatic pro-active self-propelling way of working and able to operate in a dynamic environment;
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institutefor the entire duration of the internship;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your case you re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e. Nuffic agreement).
