Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviews and onboarding.
- Act as the key contact point for candidates providing accurate information regarding job opportunities and requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable candidates to ensure alignment with client or organizational needs.
- Contribute to achieving recruitment targets and support HR operational activities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in HR or recruitment will be an advantage.
- Professional proactive and results-driven individual with the ability to work under targets.
- Proficient in computer applications and familiar with job portals.
