Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviews and onboarding.
Act as the key contact point for candidates providing accurate information regarding job opportunities and requirements.
Evaluate and recommend suitable candidates to ensure alignment with client or organizational needs.
Contribute to achieving recruitment targets and support HR operational activities as required.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in HR or recruitment will be an advantage.
Professional proactive and results-driven individual with the ability to work under targets.
Proficient in computer applications and familiar with job portals.
