Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviews and onboarding.
  • Act as the key contact point for candidates providing accurate information regarding job opportunities and requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable candidates to ensure alignment with client or organizational needs.
  • Contribute to achieving recruitment targets and support HR operational activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in HR or recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Professional proactive and results-driven individual with the ability to work under targets.
  • Proficient in computer applications and familiar with job portals.
