Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to take the next step in your career Join our regional in-house recruitment team as aTalent Acquisition Associate where youll play a key role in supporting hiring efforts across our business consulting practice in Malaysia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment journey whos eager to learn grow and make a real impact in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening coordinating interviews and managing offers
• Help develop creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from start to finish
• Collaborate with global recruitment teams on exciting projects and initiatives
• Learn to use recruitment data and insights to support smarter hiring decisions

What Were Looking For

Wed love to hear from you if you:

• Have some experience in recruitment (in-house RPO/MSP or agency)
• Are curious about Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment (a plus not a must!)
• Are proactive organized and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people
• Are fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus)
