As an Airline Support Specialist youll handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings schedule changes cancellations and travel policies through multiple channelsincluding phone chat email and social media. Youll guide passengers through booking options provide clear information on fares and baggage and ensure a smooth stress-free travel experience. With comprehensive training and ongoing support youll be part of a high-energy team dedicated to world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional timely support across phone chat email and social platforms

  • Assist customers with booking flights making changes or processing cancellations

  • Clearly explain fares baggage allowances policies and special services

  • Help passengers with questions about check-in boarding and travel requirements

  • Offer recommendations for routes upgrades and travel options

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex cases

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes

  • Stay informed on airline policies promotions and travel regulations

  • Take part in continuous training to build skills and grow within the role

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
