We are seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position offers you the opportunity to play a crucial role in developing and managing online advertising campaigns helping businesses grow by implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Junior Campaign Specialist you will collaborate closely with new clients to assist them in launching their first online advertising campaigns. This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on clients business success by delivering valuable data-driven insights and campaign management. You will be in a target-driven environment where you will work both individually and as part of a larger team focused on onboarding new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted consultant helping customers develop and optimize their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
Understand client needs and goals tailoring campaign strategies accordingly.
Work toward increasing customer engagement driving upsells and ensuring long-term sustainability of campaigns.
Manage a high volume of client interactions daily primarily through phone calls.
Guide clients through the process of online advertising educating them on best practices targeting options and optimization techniques.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Education: A BA/BS degree (or equivalent) is preferred; an MA/MSc in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
Skills:
Strong desire to meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch ideas and compose persuasive proposals.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage tasks efficiently.
Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Client-focused with an interest in customer interaction and a strong sense of ownership over business goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Native-level proficiency in German and a high level of English.
Benefits:
Full-time position (39 hours per week Monday to Friday).
Salary: 24310 gross/year with potential bonuses of up to 4290 gross/year.
Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
Taxation: 20-24%.
