Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business decisions
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend data-driven improvements
Work with cross-functional teams including IT product sales and operations
Create reports dashboards and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Support project planning execution and change management efforts
Facilitate meetings workshops and stakeholder interviews
Requirements
Bacgelors/ Masters degree in(Business Analytics) Business Administration Information Systems Finance or related field
Proven experience (minimum 1year) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel SQL Power BI Tableau etc.
Knowledge of business process modeling project management tools and documentation techniques
