Job Description
Position: IT Consultant Integrity and Law Operations (Taguig) Hybrid
Location: BGC Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (1 day onsite)
Schedule: Mid-shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and oversee complex strategic IT projects related to Integrity and Law throughout all phases. Plan execute and deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
- Service Management: Responsible for the overall delivery of assigned services. Coordinate with external partners to manage application lifecycle support licensing and serve as the escalation point when necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across different IT departments and key user groups to develop and implement strategic solutions jointly.
- Application Provisioning & IT Systems Oversight: Manage end-to-end application provisioning and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth infrastructure integration. Ensure the availability performance and compliance of critical IT systems supporting Integrity and Law (such as CORE Asterix Compliance Hotline) while optimizing operational costs.
- IT Business Consulting: Offer expert advice to business management and key user teams on IT strategies and solutions to enhance competitive advantage.
- IT Governance Policies & Standards: Implement and continually improve IT best practices including project portfolio and service management. Ensure compliance with company IT standards asset management policies and security protocols.
- IT Sourcing & Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors lead contract negotiations with support from IT Purchasing and ensure adherence to sourcing policies. Manage external service providers to deliver high-quality cost-effective global services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in IT project implementation
- Proven success in managing international projects with budgets over $200000
- Experience leading teams or initiatives without formal authority
- Strong background working with international and cross-cultural teams
