Major Duties :Deliver high quality service and completion of all assigned tasks and requests for information from the RMs/CSDMs within the set closely with RMs/CSDMs on various initiatives and key priority projects any operational changes efficiency requirements and implement business plans within the Client Service team and to cater client preferences and the team in the review and analysis of data (including but not limited to: client metrics earned and exited clients revenue and sales per location AUM per client and issue log) and make recommendations based on the team development initiatives including team trainings mandatory trainings various team meetings setting agendas coordinate action points arising from such meetings and track progress against commitmentsHandles Sharepoint maintenance and oversightProactively seek to identify and improve current Client Service proceduresEnsures completion of other ad hoc planning and tasks relating to client and team activities such as relationship plans activities assigned by Client Service team which may be required from time-to-time or on an on-going basisUses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgmentsHas limited impact on own work teamWorks within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlinesKnowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are requiredStrong analytical and problem solving skills are requiredTechnical skills / system knowledge preferredRequires skills in delegation decision making negotiation and leadership to service the client facing stakeholdersProcess oriented with organization and planning skills preferredHighly flexible and adaptable to changeRequires conceptual knowledge of theories practices and procedures within the job disciplineApplies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experienceExchanges straightforward information asks questions and checks for understandingExperience :Accountable for own contributionsA College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is requiredAt least 5 years of related industry experience is preferredWorking with Us:
