Position: Senior Consultant - Solution Design (Taguig) Onsite

Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in BPO/BPM with a proven track record in customer service operations in a managerial capacity
- Prior experience in solution design is preferred
- Knowledgeable about contact center operations RFP processes and bid management
- Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop tailored solutions specific to client needs to facilitate client interaction sessions
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Collect analyze and synthesize market intelligence within a particular domain or market providing insights on gaps to contribute to market intelligence and gap analysis reports
- Ongoing Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet project objectives
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare and review the Statement of Work (SOW) to define contractual terms for specific solutions
- Collateral Development: Lead and guide team members in creating marketing materials such as flyers case studies and other collateral
