** YOUR MISSION ** WHAT WILL YOU DO **
In this role you will manage daily planning and allocation of orders optimizing stock levels and flows to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve Supply Chain objectives.
You will facilitate efficient supply chain planning supporting execution teams to deliver equipment to customers at the right time with the lowest cost to serve ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Plan and adjust flows and production schedules managing daily stock levels transfers and deliveries to ensure seamless operations.
Manage plant-level inventories balancing plant capacities to optimize service and minimize costs without compromising customer satisfaction.
Lead the execution of seasonal supply surges including forecasting communication and exception management to meet demand.
Support the creation analysis and delivery of planning reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
Monitor and manage stock transfers and new pallet deliveries ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** :
2 year of experience in planning ideally with exposure to logistics supply chain distribution or shipping
University degree in logistics or statistics is a plus
Fluency in English language is a must
Polish language is a plus
Strong analytical skills combined with very good communication and organizing skills
Ability to prepare analyze and understand big data reports in Excel
