Electrical Quantity Surveyor
Location: Newbridge or Dublin 24

Due to continued expansion our client is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple infrastructure projects.
RoleResponsibilities:
Prepare internal and client cost/commercial reports.
Produce valuations and payment applications with full documentation.
Manage subcontract and material procurement schedules.
Administer subcontractor/supplier accounts and finalise accounts.
Handle contract administration change management and registers.
Identify and manage risks opportunities and cost savings.
Maintain accurate site records and WBS structures.
Support cost-to-complete and risk analysis reporting.
Prepare change events EOT claims and final accounts.
Measure quantities per standard methods.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Maximise cash flow WIP control and margin improvement.
Carry out other duties as required by line manager.
Role requirements:
Commercially astute with strong knowledge of standard contracts and measurement methods.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Skilled communicator with negotiation and presentation abilities.
Experienced in managing subcontractors and M&E packages.
Capable of estimating M&E tenders from first principles.
Proven track record in delivering electrical installation projects.
