Job Description

As a public hospital with clinical services provided byWestern Health this state-of-the-art facility willplay a key role in supporting the communitybe part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria.
THE POSITION
- Oversee hospital operations after hours.
- Act as first point of contact for operational and emergency issues.
- Supervise cleaning security utilities and support staff.
- Coordinate contractors and internal teams for urgent issues.
- Conduct inspections to ensure safety cleanliness and compliance.
- Maintain shift reports incident logs and handovers.
- Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental standards.
THE PERSON
- Experience in a supervisory role (cleaning patient services food services helpdesk).
- Healthcare or hospital background highly regarded.
- Strong staff management and training experience.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety.
- Effective communicator and decision-maker under pressure.
- Professional approachable and solution-focused.
- Mandatory: National Police Check Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
