Job Description
Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join their maintenance team.
Salary and Benefits:
- Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair electrical wiring systems and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate job and maintenance records.
Key Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Class 1 Journeyman Electrician Certificate (or equivalent).
- National Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
