Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their hardware sales operations in Harare.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the hardware division.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent results.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for management review.
Key Skills:
  • Results-oriented and target-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
Key Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales Marketing Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hardware sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware products building materials and the construction industry.
