The Platform Operations Executive will work closely with our publishers to maximize their advertising revenue. Youll have visibility across both supply and demand channels helping to execute AnyMinds programmatic selling strategy with the ultimate goal of significantly growing revenue. You will play a key role in: Helping publishersactivate ads as quickly as possible troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a smooth launch and boosting monetization performance from day role begins with a strong focus on onboarding and operational excellence. Over time you will also contribute to researching ad tech trends publisher needs and emerging technologies including AI automation and other technical solutions to help shape future innovations.
What Youll Do
Manage the onboarding process for new and existing web & app owners including inventory setup demand activation ad placement configuration and quality checks.
Work hands-on with leading platforms and technologies in the programmatic advertising ecosystem
Deliver data-driven analysis and recommendations to maximize publisher revenue.
Work closely with the Publisher Engagement and Product teams to provide customized consultation for publishers in each market.
Research ad tech trends publisher needs and emerging technologies (AI automation...) to identify potential improvements.
Keep up to date with industry research performance benchmarks and new monetization opportunities.
Who You Are
Knowledge of digital advertising including display and programmatic ecosystems.
Experience with Google Ad Manager AdMob.
Logical data-driven independent and a quick learner.
Result-oriented mindset with a strong passion for the work.
Detail-oriented well-organized and responsible.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
Open-minded willing to learn and proactive.
Knowledge of front-end languages (HTML CSS JavaScript XML jQuery) or frameworks (Angular React ) is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with automation tools is an advantage.
