Job Description
We are assembling a dedicated team of over 20 experienced SAP Functional Consultants to join a massive multi-year SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementation project in Singapore. This is a chance to be part of a major business transformation and work with a highly experienced team of consultant leads. We are looking for specialists at the Manager Senior and Staff levels who will work primarily from Vietnam with opportunities to travel to Singapore for client engagements.
About the Role: What Youll Do
You will be an integral part of a large project team delivering cutting-edge solutions to transform our clients business processes using the latest SAP technologies. We are recruiting specialists in the following modules:
- SAP S/4HANA:
- FICO: Financial Accounting & Controlling
- EWM: Extended Warehouse Management
- MM: Materials Management
- EAM: Enterprise Asset Management
- SAP SuccessFactors:
- Employee Central
- Talent: Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Time & Payroll
- LMS: Learning Management System
Your day-to-day work will involve a mix of business process analysis system configuration testing and collaboration with a diverse team of functional and technical experts. The scope and seniority of your tasks will be aligned with your level of experience.
Responsibilities (by Level):
SAP Consultant - Manager (7-10 years)
- Lead and manage all phases of SAP implementation projects from blueprint to go-live and post-go-live support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the clients senior management defining strategic roadmaps and business transformation initiatives.
- Oversee a team of consultants providing mentorship guidance and quality assurance on project deliverables.
- Manage project scope timelines budgets and stakeholder communication.
- Lead complex business process workshops and solution design sessions.
SAP Consultant - Senior (2-6 years)
- Configure SAP modules to meet client business requirements.
- Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical solutions.
- Design and execute comprehensive test scripts for unit integration and user acceptance testing.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with other consultants and developers to ensure seamless integration between modules.
SAP Consultant - Staff (1 year)
- Assist senior consultants in day-to-day project tasks including data gathering and documentation.
- Support system configuration and testing activities.
- Create and maintain project documentation such as business process flows and user manuals.
- Provide support during data migration and end-user training.
- Actively learn and develop expertise in your assigned SAP module.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Manager: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
- Senior: 2-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation.
- Staff: 1 years of experience in SAP-related projects or a strong academic background with relevant internship experience.
- Expertise in at least one of the specified modules (FICO EWM MM EAM SuccessFactors Employee Central Talent Time & Payroll or LMS).
- Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for working with the client in Singapore.
- Ability to work in an offshore-onshore model and a willingness to travel to Singapore as required.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
