Job Description

The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for business planning and strategy execution; sales support and Coaching with bank partners and customers.


Responsibilities

  • Sales quality management
  • Building effective cooperative relationships with partners
  • Training knowledge and professional skills for the bank sales force and IOIS
  • Managing and implementing effective sales activities
  • Reporting on business activities and arising issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree majoring in marketing Finance and Banking.
  • Minimum 2 years sales management experience in insurance or banking businesses.
  • Have a good bancassurance background is preferable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and level.
  • Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
