Job Description
The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for business planning and strategy execution; sales support and Coaching with bank partners and customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree majoring in marketing Finance and Banking.
- Minimum 2 years sales management experience in insurance or banking businesses.
- Have a good bancassurance background is preferable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and level.
- Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
