Job Description

Commercial Reporting Executive

About the Opportunity

The Commercial Reporting Executive will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on commercial performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather data create comprehensive reports to increase transparency and visibility of Sales performance.

To excel in this role you have a good business analysis skill and good commercial acumen desire for accuracy and high attention to detail and find success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives with the organizations overarching business objectives.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Collect analyze and interpret commercial data to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor analysis
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support various business initiatives and requests.
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with commercial team and finance teams to ensure alignment on reporting needs and data accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection and reporting methods.

About you

The Essentials:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL) and reporting software (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  • Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
