Legal Senior Executive (Vibula)

We are seeking a proactive Legal Senior Executive for Vibula - a Vietnam-based social commerce and live commerce company and the first M&A of AnyMind Group in Vietnam. This roles responsibility is to ensure robust compliance and operational excellence across all company entities. This role focuses on meticulous contract review managing statutory submissions and licensing providing high-level legal consultation to internal teams and overseeing essential document storage and litigation matters.

What You Will Do

• Reviewing the contracts both soft files & hard files.
• Reviewing the templates and ensuring PICs properly comply with the workflow procedure.
• Preparing the licensing paperwork for all Entities and ensuring timely and consistent submission.
• Preparing the Company reports Resolution Minutes to submit to the **Gov** for all the Company activities.
• Supporting the collection of bad debt for the company.
• Consultation on senior legal understanding to PICs ensuring all the contracts and relevant SOW comply with the law.
• Supporting E-commerce & livestream compliance.
• Managing the storage of all hard copies of the Company checking the pending documents weekly and collecting from PIC.
• Follow up and manage the litigation issues of the Company.
• Weekly reporting to LM and ad-hoc.

Who You Are

• Graduated from the University of Law having good experience in the E-commerce & Advertising field.
• Having skills in in-depth research through the internet and other sources having good communication and presentation skills.
• Being proactive at work staying updated on the law and being able to point out the problem with a proper solution.
• At least 3-4 years in similar roles in the advertising field. Keen on learning with a clear career path.
• Proficiency in English (4 skills) and in office software.
• A positive thinker can-do attitude constructive goal-oriented with a teamwork mindset. Aim to complete the task with high commitment.
• High sense of responsibility and have the ability to work under high pressure.
• Having a strong legal mindset willing to keep the standpoint in a good way.
• Having analysis skills with strong legal knowledge.
• Having a Lawyer practicing certificate is preferable.
• Having experience working in a law firm is preferable.
• Open-minded attitude Discipline a dedicated and focused mindset.

• 3 days based in Vibulas office (25 Street No. 2 Him Lam Residential Area Tan Hung Ward Ho Chi Minh City)
