Job Description
Job title: Production Support Analyst
Work Location: Nashville TN (Onsite)
6-12 Months Contract Possible Extension
Required Qualifications:
Minimum years of experience: 3 years
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville Tennessee/Morrisville NC.
Bachelors degree
Knowledge of Unix SQL
understanding of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs
Understanding of Incident Management.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with production support
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Good Communication and Analytical skills
