Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating and completing production maintenance changes with Pulse Secure VPN and Azure VWAN.
Troubleshooting complex issues with L3 team to find out root cause
Troubleshooting End user VPN issues and by engaging with cross domain teams.
Monitor the queue and maintain regular updates on the Tickets as per agreed timeline providing the detailed closure summary on the tickets. Detailed Root cause summary to be documented for the Problem tickets. Document Pre & Post implementation logs & Script for change. Network Diagram updates.
Should be okay to work with Infrastructure as Code infrastructure by coordinating with end users
Areas of experience and skills required
Working on the assigned tickets within the agreed Timeline/SLA as per the Ticket Priority/Severity and Adhere to the ITIL process with zero noncompliance.
Upskilling the technical knowledge by learning new Technology and doing relevant technical certifications
Supporting the configuration of Azure infrastructure and services based on the Enterprise Scale reference architecture.
Contributing to project tasks by documenting best practices KBAs and project runbooks.
Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience):
A security-minded individual and ability to responsibly use administrative access
Should be well versed with handling Pulse Secure VPN concentrators and ZPA from day to day operations and troubleshooting standpoint
Expertise in coordinating with cross domain teams to accomplish daily project tasks.
Hands-on experience in the troubleshooting End user VPN clients and cloud connectors for Azure Cloud infrastructure and services
Knowledge and experience in Incident Change Problem Service request and Configuration Management Processes
Microsoft Azure Azure Sentinel Log Analytics Microsoft Defender.
Should be comfortable with building customized reporting as per customer ask.
Knowledge and experience in Incident Change Problem Service request and Configuration Management Processes.

Pulse Secure Troubleshooting SSL VPN Remote access VPN Azure Log analtics Azure Networking VWans Azure enterprise applications Network appliances like zscalar cisco firewalls etc.
