Senior ServiceNow Application Developer
Personnel Qualifications
- At least five years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor category
- Experienced and proficient in the Now Create methodology
- Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
- Advanced ServiceNow System Administration
- List/Form/Navigation Pane Updates
- Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Catalog Items
- Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Workflows
- Conducting/Participating in Configuration Reviews
- Instance Patch Management
- Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Tables and Fields
- Demonstrated experience developing software according to the software development lifecycles (SDLCs) including DevOps Agile Lean Iterative or Waterfall.
- Demonstrated understanding of software architecture design patterns and secure coding principles.
- Demonstrated architecture design data modeling and configuration experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience developing applications:
- Languages such as Javascript and Angular JS.
- Webservices
- CSS
- Client-server middleware or web platforms.
- Mobile or cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with relational data structures and data manipulation methods associated with relational database systems:
- Experience with database platforms such as Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs).
- ITIL knowledge and experience.
Capabilities
- Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution as needed.
- Design and develops new ServiceNow applications and services.
- Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort.
- Provide mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators.
- Take ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion.
