ServiceNow Architect and Developer
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ACTIVE CLEARANCE SECRET OR ABOVE.
KPMG is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented ServiceNow Architect to support our growing portfolio of U.S. Government clients. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working directly with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM ITOM HRSD SecOps and custom applications . Not married to one module.
- Collaborate with federal clients to gather requirements define solution strategies and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ServiceNow configurations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct platform health checks performance tuning and upgrade planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards and governance frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients presenting technical solutions and roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Proven experience supporting federal government clients or working in regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including Flow Designer IntegrationHub and App Engine.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs) REST/SOAP integrations and CMDB design.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
