The HR Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function ensuring effective delivery of HR services and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role supports the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding and documentation to training coordination and employee queries. Working closely with the Head of HR and Compliance the HR Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Required Experience & Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role (ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment).
Solid understanding of confidentiality data protection (GDPR) and basic HR processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Experience with HR systems would be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
Positive proactive and team-oriented mindset.
