You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Assistant (Receptionist) to join our team at an iconic broadcasting company based in Victoria. The company have a refreshingly different style of service that positively breaks the mould on what we have come to expect within a corporate environment. It is a fast-paced environment where the team must work closely across services to ensure a high level of customer care is maintained.
This varied role consists of reception and switchboard duties as well as handling helpdesk queries and requests.
The Front of House Assistant is the first point of contact for all visitors and staff entering the building so must always be an engaging ambassador for both Portico and the broadcasting company. To ensure that there is a seamless experience for all the Front of House team must also effectively communicate with other service providers in the building providing or gathering information and documentation in a timely manner.
Hours: 40 hours per week 8 hour shifts from between 08:30 -17:30 and 09:30 - 18:30 Mon Friday.

Qualifications :
The ideal applicant will be bubbly with a strong passion for customer service. They must have experience in a busy customer services environment and ideally have exposure to helpdesk duties.
