Job Description
We re looking for a creative organized and energetic Special Events & Promotions Coordinator to plan promote and manage exciting events. This role blends event operations with marketing and promotions perfect for someone who loves bringing people together and making every event a success. This position applies mainly to live events taking place in Hotels within Oman.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate special events parties and hotel functions from concept to completion.
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with venues vendors and suppliers for setup delivery and recovery of event materials.
Request compare and negotiate vendor quotations to meet client requirements.
Research and recommend event technologies and creative solutions.
Create event proposals for client acceptance and approval.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive event attendance.
Manage social media and marketing efforts for upcoming events.
Track and follow up on client payment schedules.
Applicants should be current residents of Oman. This position is not open to applicants outside of Oman.
