Position Description
To develop and oversee sales campaigns that promote the Casinos vision. The Events & Entertainment Coordinator will be responsible for planning organizing and executing promotions aimed at enhancing guest engagement and driving revenue within the casino.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Position purpose
Coordinating oversee all aspects to event planning such as seating dining rooms and other items for the Bands or events. To assist guests by providing accurate information and efficient enrollment of players membership accounts and to promote the benefits of membership to new players.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
Assist with planning and coordination of events. Assist with the promotion and execution of events track ticket sales and update management as often as needed to ensure optimal sales. Assist with hanging promotional banners and other materials inside the casino. Perform simple editing to website and design projects if needed. Maintain Inventory and order supplies when needed. Communicate all concerns and guest complaints to the Players Club manager. Assist with the execution of events Inform Players Club manager and marketing manager of all pertinent information that may affect the functioning of events. Be knowledgeable of casino events promotions and operations in order to accurately inform guest. Obtain and maintain gaming license. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18. Prior experience in Marketing or related field is preferred.

Work Requirements
Requires strong problem solving skills interpersonal skills conflict resolution skills excellent communication skills and computer skills. Position involves prolonged sitting standing or walking stooping or bending lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds on a daily basis. Work is performed in an office or casino environment with varying levels of lighting air quality noise and / or temperature.
