Job Description
Our client is a leading global HVAC manufacturer looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager who will focus on growing relationships with consultants and contractors in East Anglia and surrounding counties.
You ll be promoting a complete range of HVAC solutions from air handling units and chillers to fans close control systems and fan coil units within your region.
The role will be field based 3-4 days per week and home based for the remainder.
You will work to targets in excess of 1.5M with order values typically between 20k- 300k and a typical order cycle between 6-18 months.
You will be supported by various lead generation tools CRM software and technical product (application engineers) specialists.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems & products including AHUs Fans Chillers Heat Pumps FCUs Air Diffusion & Distribution Systems
- Field-based sales experience via contractors and consultants or technical sales experience within the built environment
- Experience applying the HVAC products in various project types including Commercial Education Healthcare and Data Centres
- Mechanical Engineering or Building Services related qualifications or proven track record in HVAC Sales Engineer role
