Job Description
Join our team and you will work closely with Sales Managers and other business teams to provide timely and accurate analysis that supports sales performance forecasting and decision-making. You will focus on producing regular reports monitoring KPIs and ensuring data accuracy while also helping teams understand and use insights in their daily activities. This is a hands-on analyst position using data to create or interpret clear actionable information that supports business performance and operational efficiency.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales Managers and leadership ensuring data is accurate timely and clearly presented.
- Monitor and report on sales performance business KPIs highlighting trends variances and areas that may require attention.
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes by providing up-to-date and consistent data inputs from working with Sales Managers and Sales Management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance packs for review meetings.
- Help teams use tools such as Power BI more effectively providing guidance on accessing and interpreting data.
Qualifications :
- Degree in a business finance analytics or related discipline or equivalent experience in a commercial analysis or reporting role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with large datasets and spot anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in reporting and data tools (Power BI Excel; SQL or similar an advantage).
- Ability to present data clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues across different teams.
