Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Social / NGO / Health & Care industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in providing support and care to individuals in need. As a Support Worker you will be responsible for offering social care communicating effectively with clients and working collaboratively with the team to ensure the well-being of those under your care. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess strong communication and teamwork skills we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a support worker role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Passion for providing social care and support
- Previous experience in caretaking is a plus
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience in a managerial role within the social, NGO, health, or care industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the community
