We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team in the Social / NGO / Health & Care industry. As a Social Worker you will be responsible for providing social care services to individuals and families with a focus on adoption children family and education. The ideal candidate will be qualified in social care and possess a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges within this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for individuals and families in need of social support
- Providing counselling and support services to children families and individuals facing various challenges
- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Advocating for the rights and needs of vulnerable individuals and families within the community
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
Requirements:
- Qualified in social care
- Proven experience in adoption children family and education social work
- Strong understanding of the social emotional and psychological needs of individuals and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy compassion and a strong commitment to helping others
- Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and best practices in social work
