Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As an Outlet Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlet while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Lead and supervise the outlet team ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently providing friendly and engaging service
  • Implement and enforce outlet policies procedures and service standards
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
  • Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance providing constructive feedback and motivation
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve outlet efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in bar or restaurant operations preferably in a luxury hotel setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficient knowledge of bar operations and food and beverage industry standards
  • Strong working knowledge of POS systems (e.g. Micros) and MS Office applications
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
