Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As an Outlet Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlet while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Lead and supervise the outlet team ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently providing friendly and engaging service
- Implement and enforce outlet policies procedures and service standards
- Oversee food and beverage preparation ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
- Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Monitor and evaluate team performance providing constructive feedback and motivation
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve outlet efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in bar or restaurant operations preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient knowledge of bar operations and food and beverage industry standards
- Strong working knowledge of POS systems (e.g. Micros) and MS Office applications
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
