What you will be doing: Supervisor Nursing - CICU - Night
- Work night shifts as the Supervisor of Nursing - CICU.
- Oversee and direct unit activities and personnel in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
- Provide optimal environment for high quality patient care.
- Plan organize control and coordinate department activities.
- Ensure efficient cost-effective service.
- Adhere to the ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice.
Experience you will need: Supervisor Nursing - CICU - Night
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.
- One professional certification in a related area upon hire.
- 2 years of recent clinical experience in the specialty area.
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
- Masters Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Leadership experience (preferred).
