Job Description

What you will be doing: Supervisor Nursing - CICU - Night

Work night shifts as the Supervisor of Nursing - CICU.
Oversee and direct unit activities and personnel in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
Provide optimal environment for high quality patient care.
Plan organize control and coordinate department activities.
Ensure efficient cost-effective service.
Adhere to the ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice.

Experience you will need: Supervisor Nursing - CICU - Night

Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.
One professional certification in a related area upon hire.
2 years of recent clinical experience in the specialty area.
Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
Masters Degree in Nursing (preferred).
Leadership experience (preferred).
