The opportunity
We need your help to scale! As a member of Adobes growing FP&A Anaplan Center of Excellence team you will play a meaningful role in crafting next-generation financial planning processes and tools for our customers. With a strong dose of data savvy and a dedication to build upon your existing Anaplan model builder abilities you will partner across FP&A Finance Systems HR and IT to craft new functionality support end user adoption and champion process improvements.

What youll do:
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design build and support scalable Anaplan models that address complex planning and forecasting needs.
- Translate business requirements into dynamic Anaplan prototypes and proof-of-concept models ensuring alignment with operational goals and data architecture.
- Drive model scalability and consistency by standardizing build methodologies optimizing maintenance workflows and enhancing documentation across the Anaplan ecosystem.
- Collaborate with IT Finance and Experience (EX) teams to manage upstream and downstream data integrations ensuring seamless connectivity between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
- Serve as the internal Anaplan SME promoting best practices in model design performance tuning and lifecycle governance to ensure long-term sustainability and user adoption
What you need to succeed
- BS/BA with preferred focuses in areas of Finance Accounting or Information Systems
- 4 years of relevant experience working with business processes data structures and systems automation at scale
- Demonstrable Anaplan Model Builder experience; certifications are valued
- Strong value placed on experiences with relational databases and working with large data structures as well as any developer knowledge in other planning / BI reporting tools (particularly Tableau or Power BI) or database query applications such as SQL
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
