Job Description

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing the highest quality customer service for external and internal guests.
The Sales Associate position follows a show run schedule from Tuesday through Saturday. This role has different start and leave times scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm on Fridays and 8:00 am to 10:30 pm on Saturdays (depending on show schedules). Lastly the expectation is that the employee will work up to 28 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- At all times practice the highest level of quality customer service with both external and internal guests.
- Focus on guest needs external and internal with the intention of fulfilling those needs.
- Become fully competent with POS and inventory so that transactions are completed quickly and accurately.
- Learn and implement business policy and procedures as they apply to all duties and aspects of the job.
Prerequisites:
- Excellent interpersonal skills contributing to a positive work environment
- Knowledge of and commitment to excellent customer service
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Experience with basic food preparation and sales
- Demonstrate commitment to team members
- Effective time management skills including the ability to anticipate work needing to be done
