About the Role
As our Performance Marketing Manager youll lead the planning execution and optimization of paid media campaigns to generate high-quality leads at an optimal CPL. Youll own strategy and performance across Meta LinkedIn Google YouTube and emerging channels like TikTok Reddit Quora and Taboola.
Working closely with our Head of Performance Marketing and agency partners youll manage full-funnel performance from awareness to enrollment using data insights to drive continuous improvement.

What Youll Do
Strategy & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end management of paid campaigns across Meta LinkedIn Google and YouTube
- Oversee AI-driven campaign types such as Meta ASC and Google PMax
- Plan and execute structured testing roadmaps for creatives audiences and bidding strategies
- Ensure UTM consistency accurate tracking and integration across GA4 ad platforms and HubSpot
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor CPL CPA (App Start) CPA (Submit) and CPE (Enrollments) across regions and funnel stages
- Analyze lead quality within HubSpot (status lifecycle stage program of interest)
- Produce accurate and actionable weekly monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Identify underperforming campaigns diagnose issues and implement corrective measures
Creative & Experimentation
- Develop creative briefs for video copy static and platform-specific formats
- Partner with design and content teams to produce compelling high-converting assets
- Analyze creative performance by asset message format and placement
- Lead new channel experiments measuring performance and making scale/stop recommendations
Who You Are
- Youre a results-oriented marketer who thrives on hitting and beating performance targets. Youre equally comfortable digging into spreadsheets as you are brainstorming creative concepts. You embrace technology test fearlessly and adapt quickly.
Requirements
- 35 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (B2C preferred)
- Proven track record managing Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Strong knowledge of AI-driven campaign types (ASC PMax)
- Deep understanding of UTM tracking GA4 and CRM integration (HubSpot preferred)
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (pivot tables formulas charts)
- Comfortable reporting CPL CPA and funnel performance metrics to senior stakeholders
- Experience with emerging platforms (TikTok Reddit Quora Taboola) is a plus
- Experience targeting audiences in Africa Asia or the Middle East is a plus
