Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer (Remote)
Job Description: We are seeking creative and skilled Graphic Designers with a strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reviewing modifying and recreating designs to meet customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality designs for production ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Modify or recreate designs based on client feedback.
- Analyze and adapt designs from the customers perspective to convey relevant messages effectively.
- Proactively address issues related to tools systems and processes.
- Continuously improve design skills and adapt to new software and tools.
- Resolve customer escalations and provide feedback to the team lead.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and similar tools.
- Basic understanding of design concepts typography color theory and layout skills.
- Beginner-level verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel Word and Outlook is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ethical behavior commitment to quality and a growth mindset.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in freelance or corporate identity work.
- Participation in design workshops or projects is a plus.
