The Stores area creates the technical basis for efficient store processes by using the latest technologies. Our processes are increasingly moving to mobile devices to provide store associates with the most up-to-date hardware and software support. To facilitate this strategic focus we are continually expanding our current team of experts.
Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Acting as the main contact person for technical questions within the product team and for aligning business requirements with the technical perspective in cooperation with the Product Owner
- Steering collaboration with the external development partner and managing interfaces between internal and external systems
- Working closely with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into specifications
- Driving the release process by installing software packages provided by the external partner
- Maintaining SQL statements in the product database and implementing country-specific configurations
- Implementing new requirements by using existing SQL statements
- Ensuring up-to-date YAML configurations
- Maintaining the application by running PowerShell scripts for daily error monitoring and finding measures to solve problems
- Supporting the Operations Expert with technical issues
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Relevant professional experience in the field of server and application maintenance
- Borad technical skills and experience with PowerShell and resolving technical problems
- In-depth understanding of the global business process and the respective product line
- Very good analytical and strategic skills along with experience in requirements analysis
- Proactive independent way of working driving decisions across teams
- Experience working as part of an agile team
- Ability to communicate in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness
- Very good English language skills
Desirable extras.
- Programming skills in PowerShell
