This Position reports to:
SCM Team LeadYour role and responsibilities
For the Marine & Ports division we are looking for a specialist in the field of sustainability with a focus on the supply this position you will be in contact with representatives of the Marine & Ports division from around the world and with a wide range of ABB suppliers.
The work model for the role is: HYBRID
This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Ostrava
You will be mainly accountable for:
Collection analysis and processing of data and documentation at the ABB business unit level.
Training of suppliers and colleagues in the field of Sustainability.
Approximately 50% of the role involves emissions calculations and Product Life Cycle Assessment.
Focus areas include EUDR and CBAM compliance.
Participation in the preparation of sustainability-focused audits.
Collaboration with suppliers to monitor the presence of hazardous or restricted substances in their deliveries.
Qualifications for the role
Proven experience in the field of sustainability.
Solid understanding of emissions calculation methodologies.
Familiarity with EUDR and CBAM regulations.
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Strong command of MS Office tools.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Experience in supply chain management is considered an advantage.
