Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with the below mentioned skills to join our dynamic team who are at the forefront of enabling enterprises in Healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate should be passionate about project management and in building product for our customers. As a member of the Information and Data Services Planning & Delivery group this PM will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams on the successful execution & completion of Digital Media Analytics programs. Expected to bring success to every initiative and program her or his team tackles. By coordinating broader business strategy initiating planning executing and monitoring they are vital in the support of their team as they achieve their overarching objectives. Effectively Communicate and Collaborate with internal teams and customer to build code leveraging or building low level design documents aligning to standard coding principles and guidelines

  • 7 Years of experience as a Project/Program Manager using a formal methodology including Agile/Scrum or Waterfall for Digital Media Analytics programs
  • 6 years of experience in creating project plans which includes scope schedule cost quality organization communication staffing risk and issue management
  • 5 years of experience in Advanced skills in SharePoint JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools
  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent experience

Role/Job Description

  • Manages delivery of the program scope objectives and success metrics
  • Oversees timeline quality and operations; Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline
  • Demand Management - Manage the E2E Demand intake process for website migration development and subsequent maintenance
  • Stakeholder management - Monitor internal delivery and manage external stakeholders/agencies
  • Finance Management - Budgeting forecasting and managing the overall portfolio finances incoming and outgoing PO creation etc
  • Resource and Capacity Planning based on the roadmap for the different functional areas/groups
  • Works with the Solution and Enterprise architects to ensure the program team adheres to overall solution design across tracks
  • Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level understands and manages critical path key dependencies
  • Works with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward
  • Oversees resource requirements identification to execute program plans; Establishes approach tools and templates to support program execution
  • Drives resolution of risks issues and decisions and escalates to governance forums as necessary
  • Created project plans which includes scope schedule cost quality organization communication staffing risk and issue management.
  • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities assignments and roles
  • Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments
  • Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Communication approach: verbal emails and instant messages
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
  • Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
  • Provides regular updates proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Excellent multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate others; Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Be proactive and take strategic decisions and suggest best practices
