Tools & EquipmentRequires frequent use of general office equipment cleaning equipment and concession equipment.
Physical DemandsRequires regular sitting standing walking talking handling feeling or operating objects stooping kneeling crouching or crawling. Requires occasional reaching with hands and arms climbing and balancing. Requires moderate physical activity with heavy lifting up to fifty(50) pounds. Requires close and distance vision acuity and the ability to adjust focus allowing a broad field of vision.
EnvironmentWork is frequently performed in a climate-controlled office environment but employees holding this position may be exposed to extreme cold or heat and wetness/humidity. The noise level is usually high and may range from moderate to extreme. The employee may occasionally work with or around hazardous items or hazardous conditions such as mechanical equipment electrical equipment chemicals or radiant energy.
Part-time and Seasonal Town of Parker employees have limited access to benefits which include: employee assistance program (EAP) one (1) hour of sick time accrued for every thirty (30) hours worked and employee plus one (1) other member in your household a membership to the Parker Recreation Center and/or Fieldhouse.
