Job Summary (French/Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Rep):
- Provide customer service support via phone and email handling inquiries and resolving customer issues
- Utilize multiple systems including Salesforce and SAP (training provided if needed)
- Demonstrate excellent phone typing and multitasking skills
- Deescalate customer interactions professionally as needed
- Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication (written and verbal)
- Prioritize and handle multiple customer requests and expectations efficiently
- Exhibit reliability teamwork and a customer-focused attitude
- Use Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills for daily tasks
- Bilingual French or Spanish skills are a plus but not required
- College degree or 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Temporary 5-month contract position with shift flexibility after initial training
