Unit Nurse Manager (RGN)Hours per week Day Shifts

What Were Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with active NMC registration
- Previous experience in a senior nurse or unit manager role within a care home or similar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of clinical governance safeguarding and person-centred care

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team within your unit
- Ensure the highest standards of care for residents with nursing and dementia care needs
- Oversee care planning risk assessments and safeguarding processes
- Support mentor and develop nursing and care staff to achieve their full potential
- Work collaboratively with families colleagues and external healthcare professionals
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and best practice standards
