Unit Nurse Manager (RGN)Hours per week Day Shifts

- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with active NMC registration
- Previous experience in a senior nurse or unit manager role within a care home or similar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of clinical governance safeguarding and person-centred care
