Position: Back Office Officer (FX Industry)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the client onboarding process including verifying documents and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Guarantee that all onboarding procedures comply with internal policies as well as external KYC/AML regulations.
- Perform continuous monitoring of client accounts to evaluate risk levels and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Reconcile financial transactions by comparing client data with bank records.
- Compile and deliver regular reports detailing account activities performance metrics and risk factors.
- Provide accurate and timely data to management to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Assist in monitoring account balances credit limits and financial thresholds.
- Investigate and address issues related to transaction delays or failures.
- Maintain ongoing communication with payment service providers and financial institutions to resolve any transaction discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with finance and accounting departments on payment issues that are pending or disputed.
- Detect and report any suspicious activity or unusual transaction patterns.
- Suggest enhancements to onboarding and operational processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- Native-level or fluent English proficiency (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in client onboarding compliance financial operations or account management is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Skilled in using spreadsheets reporting software and CRM or compliance platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work both independently and within team environments.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
