Promotion: Specialist - Project Management (PMO)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in logging access request - creating modifying and deleting user accounts and access rights both voice and non-voice operations. Ensuring users have the appropriate level of access based on their roles and responsibilities
- Adhering to established policies and procedures for user access management ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures for user access management.
- Maintain and update UAP documentation and records
- Track access progress and report on milestones
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among team members
- Identify and help resolve project issues and risks
- Provides support in the form of on-demand expertise templates best practices access to information and expertise to projects as required by the Project Lead
- Will work closely with project managers team members and stakeholders to coordinate project activities monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicateproject and program status updatesto stakeholders at various levels ensuring transparency and alignment
Basic Qualifications:
- At least6 to 12 months of experiencein a similar role.
- Preferably with experience usingIDM ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Strongcommunication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Excelfor data tracking and reporting.
- Willing to workonsite in BGCand on anight shift schedule.
